Mazz Image joined Palo Alto Media Group in 2002. Mazz has trained staff to facilitate their development and has lead successful project teams anworked as part of production teams meeting deadlines and budgets while still enjoying the process.

Mazz Image is a famous photographer, designer and new-media producer with over 20 years experience working with local and international publications, corporate and community organisations plus regular and one-off special events. She also provides branding and website design and maintenance.

Mazz documented, through her lens, international LGBT Mardi Gras & Pride parades and festivals around the world. These included: Sydney, San Francisco, San Jose, Las Vegas, New York, Montreal, Milan, Rome, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, London, Birmingham, Manchester, Brighton, and Moscow. In 2002 publishing a coffee table book of her photography.

Mazz helps produce the annual Oxford Pride event in the UK, and as Chair (2008-2010) she successfully introducted a street parade and a ten-day art and culture festival in addition to the pride day event. She was Chair of the Gay Business Association in London (2010-2012). In 2006 she produced a women-in-business event: “Tycoon Idols” for the UK magazine “Take a Break”. In 2009 Mazz worked with Sarah Steel to publish "All Aboard". This involved full print production management plus all photograhy and design.

Mazz also co-facilitated adult learning programs in Hong Kong, UK, Sydney and San Francisco.
