Laser Thought™ High Flyer Program
The Laser Thought High Flyer Program is customised to meet the needs of leaders working in an international or multinational company who need to grow and maintain a successful global business. Corporate executives and senior managers working in different countries are brought together to work on breakthrough global projects. It is during the process of working on these projects that key leadership skills will be developed into a global mindset which can be cascaded down through the organisation.
Changing the way an individual fundamentally approaches their work can be the most important step to enhancing their career and achieving their goals. We spend a lot of time and money acquiring and absorbing new information and products, when what can be much more effective is to re-conceptualize our existing leadership and people skills and how we apply them in the workplace.
Traditional workshops and seminars focus on theory, information, discussion and course work. The focus of this program is working on a breakthrough global project where leadership and skill development are the catalysts to building creative and innovative global teams. The process is facilitated by international instructors who relate these experiences back to the latest theories and provide methodologies and best practises which can be adopted by the teams.
The structure of the program is based on proven methodology which is currently being used by multinational clients with worldwide manufacturing and customer bases. Our international clients include leading multinationals in the automobile, aviation, electronics, health care, energy, clothing and IT industries. The programs range from three weeks to six weeks over a period of six months to one year. They are presented in one week blocks with a minimum period of two months between each workshop for the completion of ongoing project work.
