The Three Stages of the Leadership Sustainability Program are as follows:
The completion of an innovative and breakthrough corporate social responsibility project
Teams will be made up of four to five participants. The number of project teams ranges from three to five and are made up of senior staff representing different functional areas. They will spend an extended period of time on a breakthrough project that adds real value to the community.
Participants will be taken through a creative and ground-breaking process, facilitated by PAMG at every stage. This process will allow them to conceptualize new strategies for the success of the company in the community whilst fast-tracking the development of their leadership skills.

The work will culminate in a presentation to Senior Directors and PR Executives recommending a strategic plan for the communication and continuation of a social responsibility project in the community.
The value of this process is to allow key leaders of an organisation to work across functional areas outside of their normal day to day operational responsibilities.
Improving employee, investor, customer and community perceptions of the company through action

Businesses that operate internationally need to address relevant economic, environmental and social issues in all the markets and communities in which they work. The main outcome of this process is to inspire, mobilise and support companies to develop sustainable community investment programs. These programs will provide community organisations with a network together with tools and support that will help them work more effectively with business partners.
The goal of the project is to showcase to the community that the company’s involvement is more than a token gesture. An extended project conceived and carried out by senior staff can dramatically improve both internal and external perceptions of the company.
Transforming the mindset of business leaders
The focus is to develop an entrepreneurial and visionary mindset. Corporate leaders are promoted because of their administrative, bureaucratic and political skills.
