Why is it different?
The emphasis is on creating a safe and nurturing environment in which participants can break with old patterns of thinking and behaviour and formulate new concepts which more effectively link their creative ambitions with work related projects.

The Laser Thought™ Executive and Management Programs utilise a unique experiential training model called “Training in the Round”™. The model is used in management and coaching programs throughout Asia, Europe and North America. Experiential, interactive and participatory, these workshops strengthen and build upon your existing skills, raising you to new levels of heightened self-awareness and confidence.
Based on the energy, power and influence of the theatre, "Training in the Round"™ is an original and exciting method of training developed by Julian Simmonds. His expertise developed over the last 25 years includes running cross-cultural workshops on Leadership, Communication and Creativity, and facilitating partnering ventures for government departments and international companies.
